Phumzile is set on 26 acres in the foothills of the Snowy Mountains, overlooking their snow covered peaks. The drive to Kosciuszko National Park takes 55 minutes. The park area offers the ski slopes during Winter and wondrous bushwalks and mountain biking tracks in Summer.

Our location
Only an easy 1.5 hours drive from Canberra, and under 2 hours to the Sapphire Coast, Phumzile is located at Dairymans Plains, 7.5km from Cooma.
A central base to explore the Snowy Mountains being only 45 minutes to Jindabyne, and just over an hour to the Kosciuszko National Park and ski resorts.
“Beautiful and peaceful with a stunning view. The apartment is very well equipped and decorated.
Great location for Cooma golf club as it is next door. Easy access up to Perisher and Thredbo for skiing as it only takes about 1 hour 20 minutes to get there.
Cooma is 10 minutes away where you can wonder around small local shops, galleries and get good coffee!”
