  • As your hosts, we live in the home. Please let us know if you need anything.

  • Right of admission is reserved

  • WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge. Access is via password which is supplied on check-in. Please use discrimination in download volumes.

  • The property is unfortunately not adapted or equipped for disabled guests.

  • There is NO capacity for extra beds in the rooms.

  • Pets are NOT allowed.

  • Our home is a Non-Smoking zone. An outside smoking area is provided outdoors at the front of the house.

Cancellation Policy

OFF-PEAK

  • If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, a full refund will be given.

  • If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, 100 percent of the first night will be charged.

  • If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, no refund will be given.

PEAK

  • If cancelled or modified up to 60 days before date of arrival, a full refund will be given.

  • If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, 100 percent of the first night will be charged.

  • If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, no refund will be given.
